International Marketing Communications and Student Experience Administrator (Internal Kaimahi Only, expires 30 May 2025)
As we mark EIT’s 50th anniversary, we continue to build on our strong global reputation for delivering an outstanding experience for international students. We are now seeking a creative and organised International Marketing Communications and Student Experience Administrator to support our marketing and communications functions, while playing a key role in enhancing student and stakeholder engagement.
Kaupapa:
To support EIT’s international marketing communications and digital engagement, provide timely and effective responses to prospective student enquiries, and coordinate the delivery of key events and activities. This role plays an important part in shaping the first impressions and overall experience of our international learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and distributing international marketing materials, web and social content
- Respond to international student enquiries and support the enquiry-to-enrolment process
- Manage CRM templates and updates, and track communications engagement
- Support international events, student orientations, and stakeholder visits
- Maintain marketing supplies and promotional materials
- Provide administrative and financial support to the International Centre
- Support Code of Practice compliance in communications and engagement activities
We are looking for someone who brings the following strengths:
- Experience in marketing content creation, digital tools, or communications
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM, social media, and design tools (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop essential)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking capability
- Cultural awareness and ability to work with international stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification is preferred
