Senior International Recruitment Administrator  (Internal Kaimahi Only, expires 30 May 2025) 

As we celebrate 50 years of EIT, we are proud of our strong foundation in international education, community partnerships, and student success. Looking ahead, we are focused on strengthening our global connections and mobility pathways for both inbound and outbound students. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior International Recruitment Administrator to support and deliver our global partnerships and recruitment agent operations.

Kaupapa:

To deliver operational services supporting EIT’s international partner institutions, including global mobility, study abroad, and exchange opportunities. This role also provides administrative oversight for international recruitment agents, scholarship programmes, and faculty international engagement. The focus is on enabling seamless partnership operations, student experiences, and agent management through accurate, responsive, and compliant administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational delivery of student exchange, study abroad, and global mobility programmes
  • Support inbound and outbound students with application processes and logistics
  • Administer recruitment agent contracts, commissions, and reporting
  • Support international partnership activities and marketing communications
  • Provide coordination for scholarship applications and sponsored student pathways
  • Maintain data integrity, documentation, and reporting for compliance and partner engagement
  • Assist with Code of Practice compliance and professional development planning

 We are looking for someone who brings the following strengths:

  • Experience in international education marketing or recruitment within a NZ tertiary environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
  • High level of organisational, administrative, and reporting capability
  • Bachelor’s degree or working towards one preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Cultural agility and the ability to support a diverse range of students and partners
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills desirable
