If you are technically focused, willing to learn and able to work with other people to support their day-to-day requirements around information technology then our Information Technology Services team would like to meet you. 

You will need to be capable of working on computer hardware and software, be cool under pressure and able to work with a diverse range of staff to get the best outcomes.

IT Services is a technical place to work, but we’re not too technically demanding. However, you should be familiar with using a Microsoft Windows computer in a large multi-user environment like ours, with a good foundation in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.

You should also be capable of communicating technology and support type incidents face-to-face, online or over the telephone.

Ideally you will have some form of technical qualification to support your application and we would be over the moon if you also had some Apple Macintosh experience.
